The charge for shipping your order is determined by your destination and time you chose as a delivery option. Our system displays your shipping charge during checkout.
*we are not responsible for the processing time for customs. Please allow a couple of extra days for your package to be processed.
What will the packaging look like?
We make sure our products are shipped in discreet packaging. Our packages are either plain boxes or envelopes. We do not put any brand markings on the packaging.
Any markings on the packaging will be the address label and the postal stickers which vary depending on the service used.
How do I return my Make Me Shake product?
We do not offer satisfaction returns due to the nature of our products. If the product is defective, damaged, or opened upon delivery, we will replace the product with a new one. However, all exchanges require pre-authorization. Please email email@example.com. Read our return policy for more information.
My product was damaged/opened upon delivery? What do I do?
In the case you find your product damaged or opened, please take a photograph of the product and packaging and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line titled "Damaged/Opened Product". Read our return policy for more information.
